Disappointed Kitchen is bad, you can't even boil water. Furniture is old. You get what you pay for

Very disappointed I had booked 2 double beds for my daughter's and I stay--it was overbooked, so my daughter slept on a (very small) pull out--and upon asking for some kind of refund were told that it was not possible. The kitchen was not stocked AT ALL-we had to go to the front desk to get even a fork. When we went to make the pull out-there were no linens for it anywhere, and by that time the front desk was closed. We had to contact Operator and (again) go to the front desk to get we needed. I liked initially the friendliness however when I had a problem (phone didn'twork), it was never resolved. The kleenix tissue, tp and pillow cases were scratchy.

Disappointed stay I was very disappointed with this visit! Booked online came in the front desk lady gave me room 214 went up the key wouldn’t work so, I said ok Well I’ll go back down maybe she need to re program the key. I went back to the front desk, I told her that the key not working. I’m very patience. So she gave me another key for room 214.
