This place gave me the creeps. - the front desk lady was okay. I was standing there for a while and had to initiate a conversation before she ever spoke to me. - the hallways were super long and reminded me of something from a mental institution. - my neighbors were loud. One women woke me up screaming “help me, he’s trying to k**l me” at midnight. I could not rest after that. - Lots of traffic by the side doors and in the parking lot late at night. If you wanna open that mouth use it where it goes It appeared as though maintance/security was preforming some routine on the floor i was on where as for hours on end continued to enter a room over and over again consistently slammed the door through out the night only to wake up to to carpet very wet from a plumbing leak and police asking the floor to leave with a full paid additionally paid by me upon exciting i went to speak to mng only to find there where an affiliated with HOME TOWN STUDIOS CASSELBERRY whitch i had stay... read more

Wifi is horrible, paid for enhanced and was disconnecting every 15 minutes. Help.center could not fix it. Musky smell of room,

Front desk wasn’t friendly - very scripted - also the initial room they gave me smelled like death I requested a different room and was accommodated but over all experience was poor - outside looks nice inside looks like trash -

Slightly underwhelm We found a shirt on the floor by the bed. There were multiple candy wraps around our room too. Even with the a/c at 68 the room was very stuffy, especially by the bed due to the a/c reaching the bed area.

Food was left in refrigerator. Bath room/shower was dirty.
