Filthy and Unsafe!!!!! STAY away from this place. The place stinks very bad. When we arrived and reported they said "we are investigating". On the day we were leaving I got the same answer. The hallway has no air ventilation (No AC vent and window was closed). Very unhealthy. Absolutely no security! The front desk closes after 10PM. Disappointed I have stayed at this location on several occasion but this time I found it disappointing. I left instructions to have the towels changed in my room and when i returned late in the day everything was still there. I went to front desk and got what I needed. My son asked for a box of tissues and was told out of them. I was tired and it would have been nice not to have to do that. It was Christmas Day and immediately at check in the front desk staff member was hostile and rude. Her name was Allana and I honestly believe she hates her job or is a racist p.o.s. Never going here again.

It started out we couldn’t get anyone to answer the front desk when we got there at 7:52pm....then the bed was so out dated it had lumps in it....just not a good experience

Terrible service When I arrive to check in the staff members had absolutely no idea how to check me in. I waited in the lobby atleast 30 minutes until she figured out how to work the computer system. She told me she had never been left alone before. The first set of room keys she gave me was to another guests room. When i I realized there was a mistake she said she assumed I was that guests company coming to see them EVEN THO I HANDED HER MY IDENTIFICATION. That check in process was irritating and exhausting.
