The staff was a good , however the facilities were not. The room smelled like baby pee ,

Front door was locked. (I arrived around 8-9 pm) Rang in several times with no answer. A guest finally let us in. Rang the front desk several times as well with no answer. Finally after awhile a friendly worker did assist. Stayed 2 nights. Found 2 dead cockroaches in bathroom. Hotel looked ok from the outside but needs updates. Bathroom shower tiles were peeling. Have had better experiences at other extended stays.

Nice hotel. Try to get a room on the lobby-side Nice hotel and very clean. If you happen to have a room on the wrong side of the building it can be a bit noisy, since it is right of Rt.4, which is busy well past midnight. Don't count on more than a mini-muffin and coffee for breakfast. But, there are plenty of places to grab something to eat in the area.

Check in was great and the staff was very nice. A lot of the amenities are not readily available in your room and need to request when needed (ex: dishes, cups, coffee maker, blow dryer etc. the room seemed clean and all seemed well until the next morning when we turned off the air conditioning. The room began to get humid which is normal however the smell of urine became predominant and was a little overwhelming. It is a pet friendly hotel so I can only assume that’s what it was. We ended up checking out early.

Smelly sheets Checking in was fine and the room appeared clean, but when I laid down for the night I kept smelling a wet mildew scent. After searching to figure out where the smell was coming from it was the sheets we were laying on. I laid a towel down for the night, but the next morning I asked the front desk to have the sheets changed due to the smell.
