Noisy, smelly Staff were never a the desk, lots of yelling and drinking at the pool - very noisy. The halls smelled and were dirty. Internet spotty at best. Fire alarm went off (false alarm). Room had a kitchen but no amenities were stocked... not even a coffee machine.

Some of the staff were friendly but at one point we needed security and no one was around..When management showed up it was a JOKE! no manners, no professionalism, We will NEVER stay there again!

Very Disappointed Although an 'extended stay' hotel, they did not treat guests as if we were going to stay long-term. No daily housekeeping - this was not clear to me in advance and the personnel at the front desk did not mention it upon check-in. No additional towels, toilet paper or any plates, cups or cutlery in the kitchen. These items needed to be picked up by the guests at the front desk. You had bring your wet towels down in exchange for new ones and remember to restock on toilet paper. You had to empty your own trash... read more

Bad Experience Room service never came by to tidy up. Beds are really rough. Roaches in bathroom.

Comfy bed Poor girl at the front desk was alone and had a line up of ppl checking in. She was a sweetheart. My friends boys were exhausted and just wanted to get in bed, so it made check in excruciating. Once we got to the room and opened the door we all got this blast of putred musty, pee stained carpet the kids were like hurry spray something! No thank you. It was not a clean facility. We killed multiple cockroaches both in our suite and by the breakfast area. As the housekeeper was mopping the lobby, she left dead bugs in the floor. Every time I went to the front desk, I had to wait for more than 7 minutes for the ladies in the office to finish their conversation before being helped. And even then, it was only when another employee told them I was waiting. I will not be back to this hotel.

Very small and disappointing We had two queen beds and a sofa full pullout, room was very small. Breakfast was just grab and go, toasters did I not work very well and they bragged about frozen waffles on Sundays. I will not stay here again or any extended stay. Room service is an additional $5 a day or you can empty your own trash and exchange your towels for clean ones at the front desk, which we did.

Heavy Pee Smell The room I stayed in smelled strongly of pee. I can't even believe that a hotel is okay renting out rooms that smell this strongly of pee. I had to buy my own air freshener to dampen the smell so I didn't gag every time I walked into the room. Do yourself a favor. Spend $20 more a night and stay somewhere where they spend the money to thoroughly clean the pee smell before renting to the next person.

People doing drugs in hotel Parting, dogs barking, smell of weed...Hotel staff was nice and responsive but it’s the clientele that’s the problem
