Lousy maintenance and worth continental breakfast. When we arrived the bathroom shower had a Wal-Mart bag holding a water leak. Horrible maintenance. Next day the so called continental breakfast was a complete midisappointment. Breakfast started at 6:30am and it was supposed to finish at 9am. We went at 7:45am and not only was it empty but the whole area was dirty. They didn't replenish until I went to the front desk. The hotel was dirty, no plates forks anything in the kitchen cabinets. I requested soap and I NEVER got any I had to go buy some myself. The breakfast is a disaster, nothing but toast and 2 cereals. The milk machine was broken and all the countertops were dirty. What a disaster will never stay here again.

Understaffed-Do not waste your time The hotel was understaffed. The wait at the front desk for any reason was never less than 10 minutes. The front desk attendent set up breakfast so they were not available at the desk. I had to return the first day back to the desk for working keys, towels, sheets, more sheets to complete the set, pillows and kitchen supplies. overall the room space and how its distributed is ok, but is maintenance is bad, our little kitchen was showing oxydice everywhere, we asked for kitchen essentials and they were so dirty not to mention the plastic container they were in even had hair in there. We went to open the sofa and we got so grossed out, extremely dirty and the cushion had pee on it like YELLOW dry pee on it! horrible. Its a waste because the hotel ubication is good but they do need a better administration

I felt the room was very dingy looking and just felt dirty. The bath tub was disgusting and wouldn't hold water for a bath, the vanity for bathroom the drawers were hanging off, the cabinets were gross it said it came with plates etc but it was completely empty, stayed 4 nights not one time did they come to clean room.. just absolutely terrible! Sofa bed was so uncomfortable too.

Total disappointment Terrible check in service, non smoking room filthy and filled with smoke. Bathroom are too small. Towels needs to be replaced. Very limited utensils even when requested. Elevator dirty. Breakfast is bare minimum Definitely will not book here again. Certainly not worth paying for accommodations here. There was even an abandoned vehicle in the car park leaking oil and it smelled like
