Go somewhere else! Our visit to this hotel was very disappointing. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The pullout mattress was old, stained and dilapidated. The so-called "fully equipped" kitchens had no dishes, cookware, utensils, toaster or coffee maker. We found some of these items in a box on the floor in the hallway. The "grab & go" breakfast was terrible, and mainly consisted of toaster waffles and packaged muffins. There was no door on the room safe. Worst hotel experience ever! I guess I never stayed at this chain before so had no idea that they didn't offer many of the "basics" that the majority of hotels do... Upon entering the lobby of the hotel I was greeted by a bucket of dirty water that was catching whatever was dripping from the ceiling. My room smelled like mildew and mothballs. The refrigerator had been turned off in the room so it was warm and stunk also. The door of the safe had been removed so we had no where to store our valuables. The AC was somehow out o... read more

Heavily worn out rooms. Poor air conditioning. Leaking ceiling above reception desk. Stained and ripped carpeting. One overwhelmed employee at front desk made for slow interactions with guests.

Find some place else! Place is dirty smells like febreze everywhere. You have to go to front desk to get any extras blankets dishes ect. The Breakfast is not really breakfast no fresh fruit just garbage muffins, bagels, and the coffee is worse.

Needs alot of work - don't go. Both at check-in and at check-out, no one was present at the front desk, at check-in I had to wait 3 minutes for someone to just wander over. At check out I just tossed the keys over and left in frustration. There had been some sort of water disaster recently as many of the walls, including in my bathroom, had severe puckering and the baseboards were falling off -- See pic. Well I was impressed with the pool and staff but, the breakfast was horrible, room service after your 7th day really not cool..

Ok facilities but we had to go several times to the front desk....shower head sprayed water Outside of the curtain (my hubby is handy and asked for the wrench and tape to fix it since they said the facilities guy wasn’t there), the window was open when we arrived, a dead Japanese beetle was on the bed, something reddish on the ceiling, hairs in the sheets,, trash, towels and sheets not changed unless you stayed for 5+ days which we weren’t told about (we stayed 4nights) so had to get fresh towels, and pool towels were gone b... read more
