The hotel is very well located, the rooms are spacious. But it is very dirty and old.

Booked it through Expedia when went their room was not available. Even checked with them in the morning before living from home, they said yes all good but when went there no room was avalaible.

Muito ruim! Sem limpeza nenhum dia, café da manhã fraquíssimo, condições dos quartos muito ruins também! Já me hospedei anteriormente e as condições caíram muito. Tanto que eu tinha uma outra reserva e cancelei e mudei de hotel.

Un auténtico desastre, estuvimos mi hijo y yo 4 noches, de las 4 noches 2 días ni hicieron la habitación, y en una de ellas nos dejaron sin toallas para la ducha. También estaban cambiando la moqueta del hotel y parecía una escena de una película de miedo, ya sin entrar con el polvo y el ruido, no se puede usar la caja fuerte porque según la persona de recepción se había perdido la llave de la caja fuerte, por lo que tienes que usar unas cajitas que hay en recepcion para guerdar tus documentos o dinero, las cajitas están dig... read more

Deluxe rooms should be more accommodating.. beds and sofa beds should not be all in one. They should be separate to enjoy more comforts. One tv in a room cannot suit the needs of 5 persons in a room..

予約が完了しているのに、当日部屋がないと言われた。 しかながないので、同行者の部屋に泊まった。 翌日以降の対応は、マネージャーのいる時間しか対応できないと言われた。 タオルの交換も対応してもらえず、散々な宿泊になった。 次からは、絶対に使わない。 同価格帯のホテルに以前宿泊したが、こんなことはなかった。最悪な体験。

Not worth the price. Poorly upkept. They didn't even stock dishes or pots.
