Outdated and broken plumbing First we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned (beds not made etc...) Then switched to another room. The room was a bit outdated but okay. Biggest problem was that the bathtub/shower didn't drain so you stood in a pool of your own filth as you showered.

Hairy Pillows & Dirty Towels My family and I rented a room last night for a one night stay. Check in was a little slow due to the guy being new but he was super nice and friendly. So little complaint there, but going into the room we found most of our towels having stains on them. After getting settled in, we found 90% of our pillows had long head hairs on them. Disappointed... The room had minimal amenities.. this was a business meeting and we work on most of the day returning at night... the kitchenette did not have any dishes any type of cooking utensils or silverware... when we were finally able to ask about it we were told you must request these things...which returning late at night was very inconvenient.

Disappointment. Not worth $150 a night. The room was charged on the mother of the person I was with but appearly there must have had an issue therefore They billed my credit for the stay even though I only give the card for incidentals. I will have to dispute the charge with my card company

Never ever I stayed for three nights. After checking in, I found the room does not have any soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash. I called the front desk and they sad they provide only shampoo and the guests have to pick it from front desk. The room was super-dirty--- towels had blood (or something like blood), there were long hairs on pillows. There is no daily house-keeping. No body came to clean my room even for a single day. so nasty had to leave the room was freezing when arrived horrible smell words carved into furniture stains sofa mattress was the worst I have ever seen got a refund did not stay
