The people here were nice however I suspect they were understaffed. Our shower walls had mildew spots, the air conditioner unit had mildew or dirt spots. The pillows were available on a first come, first serve basis so there were no extras available. Breakfast was very light but the addition of fruit or regular yogurt would have made it decent. Room was large beds comfortable missing kitchen accessories not enough towels for long stay otherwise stay was great. Breakfast just grab and go coffee muffins and bagels not much selection.

Will now look for ESA properties when I travel Shuttle service to parks was mostly reliable other than one morning (45 mins late). Room comes with kitchen supplies BUT you need to request them at the desk... they will not automatically be in your room! They had 3 luggage carts which was very helpful😃. Bring some breakfast food with you because the “free” breakfast is very basic.

When I got to the hotel it took them 20 minutes to get us into the room. They said they had to double check to make sure the room was ready. The breakfast isn't anything exciting! Mostly clean!

I didn’t like the noisy guests above my room. Had to call the front desk 3 times about them. The breakfast options were poor compared to other hotels.

It was pretty run down. It seemed pretty clean except for stains on our comforter, everything was battered, broken or decrepit. Hallway had black marks across walls, holes in the chipped up dresser, bed squeaked a lot, pool gate looked like something out of a condemned community pool lol.
