Roaches was crawling every where the bed was filthy bathroom flor was lifting up shower rod was down when I came in I had to call the front desk to send someone to fix it this hotel was a disaster but look at the bright side my gf got a rash that she was in the hospital for 2 days and I had peace n quite

Property had a kitchen with nothing to cook on making it useless. Also had a TV with no remote to turn it on or use it. Shower only had HOT HOT water so taking a shower was more painful than helpful. Last day I had all cold water and no hot water. Hallways smelled like pot. Saw people peeing in the bushes (who lived here) outside my window. Loud noises all night long from loud renters. My room had a horrible smell that lingered especially with the AC fan was not running to circulate the air. Longest 5 days of my life!

Desperate need of air purifier The odor in the building was terrible. The bed was very comfortable and the size of the room was nice but there was a roach on the bed stand.

Not pleasant. Management was nice. Bed bugs. No hair dryer. Could smell smoke throughout.

It was located at a very convenient spot, close to the Convention Center, but it was very dirty and it smelled awful. The breakfast was coffee, muffins, and granola bars. I won't be staying at this hotel again.

1. We had to ask for a change of room, the first room the bathroom was very dirty, and the mattress was pitiful the stains it had was to vomit, the floor was hooked, there were no sheets for the sofa bed. 2. The second room also had no sheets and we had to ask for them and they could not give us pillows for the sofa bed because they did not have any, for a long time nothing was cleaned in the room, there were insects and fungus because of the moisture and dirt that was in the bathroom. 3. the amenities the soap was a stone b... read more

Horrible antiseptic smell of bleach, bathroom toilet in room 215 should be immediately replaced. Bathroom floor sticky. Refrigerator not clean. Overall very shabby, will never stay here again.
