Unsafe & Structurally Unstable Upon checking in to my room, notice the windows were ajar, attempted to close them but would NOT line up to lock. Asked for another room, which was on another floor and that roon had the same issue ! Windows would not lock/secure. Also NO utensils, No Coffee maker or Iron in either room !!! Terrible insecure and structurally unsound building and amenities.

I was very disappointed with this property. I was attending an event at the convention center nearby and booked it due to its vacinity to the convention center for four night. This hotel was not on the recommended list with the event and next time I will choose better and stick to the recommended list. The outside near the street had bottles and debris in the landscaping. Inside the stairway was dirty, the upstairs hallways smelled like smoke, and my room lacked attention to detail in terms of cleanliness. The fridge compres... read more

You don’t normally see so much blood in a hotel. In the first room we were given, there were 12 inch blood stains on the kids sofa bed mattress and semen stains on the bed cover on the main bed. After bringing this to the attention of the staff, we were assigned a different room. Shortly after moving to the second room, my 5 year old asked what was crawling on the floor. The hotel is supposed to refund my money. The linens were soiled or sour. They smelled like someone had been working all week and just got in the bed wet. I called to report the issue and the hotel staff told me they did nit have any more linen.

I didn’t stay, I checked out not very clean at all. Beds are horrible stains in them, people living there with all kinds of big dogs barking everywhere. Made a mistake and deleted my video I would’ve posted it. Don’t look like on the website
