Non smoking room smoke smell so bad gagged when entered. Room was clean and staff were pleasant. The rest of the hotel was clean except for the smoke smell in the room hallways.
A eviter Accueil désagréable. Porte de chambre bloquée ...aucune intervention de l accueil. Chambre vetuste..petit dejeuner trop simple...je ne recommande pas du tout!!!
The room smell like somebody had been smoking inside. We went with 2 kids and the sofa bed wasn’t done by 10pm so I called and they said they run out of sheets and blankets. I booked the room for 2 adults and 2 kids and they said that to me???? Were was I supposed to put my kids to sleep then? I book for 4 pleople so they need to know that I need the extra sofa bed. Finally after discussion we got the blankets and the sheets to make the bed.
The location is in a convenient area not far from food and shopping
Would not recommend When we arrived, there was no linen for our children for the sofa bed. I had to go get it and then they didn't have any pillows left. Room service said they would return with pillows but never did. Luckily we were only staying there for 10 hours due to our flight being cancelled.
I would never prefer to stay here next time I had multiple problems during my stay.
They need more pillows and blankets.
Lies Had the worst experience of my life upon checking and myself and my children taking showers I noticed there was a leak in the ceiling Not to mention anything can happen with a leaky ceiling we do have other floors above us so is that safe now I don't think so. I went to the front desk to speak su Ronda front desk agent she apologized stated that they were booked that she would talk to her boss in the morning about some type of compensation. Will not stay again! The hotel was dirty and out of date. I was with my family of four and when it came time for my kids to go to sleep I called to get sheets and pillows for the pull out couch. I was told that there were no clean pillows and if I wanted sheets I had to wait two hours! We waited the two hours and went to the front desk to only be given one flat sheet and if I wanted a blanket we’d have to wait another hour! Pool was poorly maintained and overall not a place I would spend the money on to stay again!
