The first 2 nights there was no hot water. They have shortage of towels and you have to go to front desk and ask for them. No towels in room when checked in besides no hot water.

Staff was friendly the room was not completely clean however the desk clerk quickly serviced the room

The odor throughout the motel was pretty bad in itself, but the air freshner trying to mask the odor really just made it worse. I was locked out of my room 3 times because the key did not work and had to keep waiting in a slow moving line at the check in desk to get the key reactivated. The room was clean enough but had very outdated and old furniture. The cost of the room was too high to reflect the low quality and lack of staff friendliness.

the breakfast was terrible. we did the check in at 8:30 pm and the room was not available, we have to wait 40 min to get the room.
