No towels, toilet paper etc when entered room. Found the shower was dripping very loudly. We had to switch rooms. Then the AC was super loud and leaking water on the floor in the next room, but it was 11pm and we have a little kid so we just dealt with it.

Orlando Unfortunately the pool was closed for a couple of days.....not sure why. It was opened when I got there. My grandchildren weren't happy about that. People that worked the front desk were very friendly.

Great hotel with excellent customer service. All the employees were extremely friendly! The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of yummy breakfast options too! There was also a nice variety in shuttle times so you had plenty of options of how long you wanted your theme park trip to be.

Good hotel, clean and for the price, it worth.
I loved the location, very easy to get in and out. There is lots of parking. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are a nice size (we had two). I didn’t like the fact that the refrigerator wasn’t plugged up, which meant it took a long time to cool off ( we were only there for a day). The kitchen sink made a bubbling sound which smelled like sewage.. also when you ran the water in the shower, I experienced the same smell as the water went down the drain.
