It was a very convenient 10 minute walk to the back of the West Concourse of the Convention Center. The room was not made up when I arrived (early evening) and I had to ask for a complete set of sheets to make my own bed! I was not impressed with the service and lack of information in the room. Continental breakfast was fairly minimal.

Although you liked our location, we understand your disappointment and frustration when you realized the bed in your suite was not made up with linens and you had to make the bed after a long travel day. Due to various local city /health dept. codes, the sofa beds are not made up in advance and must be made at the time of use. Overall great extended stay setup. Included breakfast closed at 9:30 AM and did not offer much variety.
