Short stay only Internet wasnt working So checkin was slow, but night reception alvin did what he can.When i saw the room it was smelly at first but turn on ac and it was gone.room was dusty and shower was not hot.had problems looking for the room.overall for the price it is what it is.breakfast was not bad

Outstanding performance I have been staying in this hotel a couple of times during the last ten years. But never before has the service of the staff been so outstanding and overall supreme. Every staff person was was extremely friendly and helpful. Since 3 months there is a new management which seems to do a great job which also shows in the highly motivated staff. I will definitely come back next time and stay here.

The manager Ashley was incredible. Great service. Provided a room for us to freshen up since we were early and our room was not ready. We left a blouse in the room by mistake and Josephine found it and called us to retrieve it. Clean and courteous. The bed was uncomfortably firm and would be a welcome improvement.

Convenient location to everything. The service was excellent and the staff was very nice. I would recommend to others,enjoyed my stay and the price was right about.

It is the closest to the orange county convention center. Everything was really good, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and well accommodating for my group. The bathroom fan was quiet but I think it wasn't pulling air or working properly. Overall great experience.
