The staff at the hotel was amazing. My daughters and were traveling to Orlando from Miami and unfortunately we ran into travel delays beyond our control, so we called the hotel to inform them and requested a late check-in. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and told me that it would not be a problem and he wished us a safe trip. Liked the location was not off a super busy road but was close enough to everywhere we wanted to go. The only thing I would complain about is that there were no sheets or pillows for the pull out bed, we had to go get those. And they did not have any pillows to provide for that so we had to share from pillows on other beds. And I need all my pillows...lol. Also, TV was in odd spot, but we really didn't watch it anyway. But staff was friendly and always there to help. Enjoyed our stay!

The room was fine, nothing fancy but good. It was weird that we had to request dishes, etc and dishwasher soap. I was disappointed in the conditions of the pool. It was not clean and the water was very cold. The biggest complaint I have is that the faculty did absolutely NO RECYCLING. Every bit of plastic, glass and paper went into the trash to go into a landfill to contribute to climate change. This is a deal breaker for me so I will not be staying here again.
