We stayed in room 114, the mattress in the sofa bad had dried blood, we were in and out always rushing that I didn't get a chance to tell anybody, when coming/leaving never saw anybody at the front lobby. Good location but hotel does need some work. Was very upset about the breakfast. Only coffee/muffins.

Basic but good, especially for the price and location.
Breakfast choices were very limited—coffee, black tea, granola bar, muffin, or oatmeal. However, you did get a small kitchenette so you could make stuff yourself. The rooms were comfortable. The pool is only open from 8 AM to dusk, which was extremely limiting. Some residents seemed of questionable morality.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly. Room was nice and clean, AC worked very good.
Needs updating for the cost. We checked in at 10:30 pm and the first room we were assigned was not made up at all, front desk gave us a different room and the electrical outlet in the kitchenette did not work and as such we could not use the coffee maker provided at check-in , also the bathroom / tub area was definitely in need of attention as far as needing an update and/or repair.
