We requested adjoining rooms, or at least to be near each other but we were on separate floors. We were also VERY disappointed by the "free breakfast" which was coffee, and packaged muffins. The rooms were old and there was nothing in the kitchen area at all, no ice bucket, glass, etc.

Property was good. Staff were great. Breakfast not great as refilling was not done and sometimes ran out of basic stuff like sugar, creamer.

Pros- Good location and good amenities. Cons-: Minimal continental breakfast I booked my reservation through Expedia and paid in full. The hotel charged my debit card for the same reservation again. Following my query it was refunded but due to exchange rate the amount was short by $47 dollars. Reception said there was nothing they could do as amount was refunded in full. It was a shame because the issue spoil my experience.

On arrival they wanted not only my ID but my wife’s. First time at any hotel they asked for an ID of someone not on the reservation or credit card. The TV in the room was broken when first arrived. Had to get is replaced. The new one didn’t work that night and was told must be the rain, it didn’t rain, next morning it still didn’t work so I had to unplug it and reset it to make it work. Had to do that every time to make it work. Not a bad place, it was ok. Nothing special or that bad.

I had issues with another Extended stay, so I was a little skeptical about booking again. But I can honestly say I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and the room was very clean. I really cant complain about anything.
