The room was clean, the staff was responsive for what was needed. The location is great. The only thing I did not like is that people bringing dogs are not picking their things after.

Average hotel, practical, convenient location to everything, bare minimum essentials, breakfast offered at 7am, not early enough to visit parks. Laundry and pool for families. Room smelled like curry from prior families. Beds were ok, staff was average. Nothing to rave about.

Ideal for us We've stayed at this hotel many times, its always our first choice (we usually stay 2 to 3 weeks at a time). It is located very conveniently for all of the theme parks - just a short hop to the I4. Staff are great, always willing to sort out any problems. Wleska and Sarah are particularly helpful and pleasant. Although basic, breakfast is a bonus and saves quite a bit of money. It can get quite busy at times, so you have to pick your moment. Value for money Nice specious room. Staff was professional. But the elevator was smelling fishy.

Overall the room was nice however a few small things were a bit annoying. When you open the bathroom door hits the shower curtain. The shower was not great and in need of a plumber. Although a small kitchen is provided however there was not one cup/glass in the room. I was looking all over for a disposable plastic cup or anything I could use to gave a sip of water. I felt the room was overpriced. The only interaction with staff we had was at the front desk and she was very helpful and kind.

Clean hotel, very good area. Very nice rooms with a little kitchen that makes it perfect.
