I’ve stayed here before and was happy with my last experience that is why l decided to book again! The room smell very strong of body odor every time l left and came back and overwhelming stench of sweat! There was little ants all over the bathroom sink

Bathroom tubs were barely clean and they had black spots inside it , the walls had human feces dried up on it and the floors had build up black marks including some type of permanent marker , the hotel bathroom door and front door had marker drawings on it like a child was playing art and craft.

Deny refund despite hotel system dwn,I didn't stay I made a reservation through hotel.com for 8/ 8/2020 located on Maitland summit Blvd , a little after 5pm there was a lighting storm, the hotel lost cable, phone and internet service as a result we were going back and forth to the hotel for 4 hours trying to kill time since they were not able to give us a room because of their internet being down, about 10 pm, they told us to call hotel.com to inform them that they weren't able to accommodate us since they could not access t... read more

Cockroach everywhere. Old and humid sheets, very poor housekeeping at the rooms, old and scratchy furniture. Dangerous evite tener. Don’t go with kids. Horrible costumer service. And when you take the option to get out because it is unhealthy they do not give your second night money back. Don’t go here. It is the house of horrors.
