Upon arrival i observed a group of people hanging in the parking lot as if they lived there permanently. Very comfortable with Loud music playing. In the back there were two other men fixing cars.. yes hood up, tires off etc.. These people appeared to be living there long enough to feel the comfort of taking care of business. The outside of hotel did not appear tidy but i wasnt going to find out and park my brand new Mercedes anywhere near that place.. It was very late, i was exhausted and it was spring break week with all h... read more

The lady in the front was so nice but she was overwhelmed and needed help. The place was just horrible. The smell of cigarettes was abundant and the parking lot was full of people just randomly drinking out of their trunks. When we wanted to check in we were told no more rooms were available and it was already 8pm. It was just horrible! I’m actually glad we couldn’t stay.

When we arrived for check-in the parking lot was full of people drinking, smoking and arguing. The lobby had a man laying down showing his belly while waiting to be checked in. The poor lady in front desk seemed overwhelmed and let us know that even with our reservation they have no rooms available and it was already 7:30pm. The area is extremely urban and ghetto! We called Diamond Resorts and they accommodated us in Kissimmee with no issues. I’m so glad we left!!! Ugh!!!

1/2 star rating There are composite floors which should be easy to maintain cleanliness . I don’t believe they were mopped in a long time! The vinyl furniture had stains and debris on them. Every hour and hour there was a lot of door slamming and foot traffic in and out of the hallway. The guests seemed to have pleasant voices in being with their guests . People were consuming illegal contraband in the parking lot and outside the exit doors. The hand soap is so cheap and hard it doesn’t produce a lather to wash your hands. B... read more

You can find better The room had great space for a family, but the rooms & site didn't seem very clean. Trash strewn outside doors, in stairwell, and hallways dirty. There were weird people at all hours just outside the doors of the hotel. Although the rooms were smoke free, folks were smoking a foot from the entrance and the room closest to the lobby reeked like pot all three nights we stayed. Although convenient, I wouldn't recommend.
