Don’t stay here if you have a family, the staff is rude, they never have enough towels or sheets, and they don't clean the room, even if you make a new reservation. Go to the property behind this location.

Forget any amenities No additional roll toilet paper. No complimentary coffee or tea or even hot water. Free breakfast with no protein, only prepackaged sweet rolls and absolutely nothing else. First time in a hotel touting a free breakfast & had no breakfast food.

Customer service is horrible. The housekeeping service is a joke! Their continental breakfast is an insult .

Very Disappointed forgot to take photos and I should have. So I will be descriptive. We travel the entire country, but more so the State of Florida, staying in hotels for travel Hockey about 9 months out of the year. We have stayed in many hotels, 14 just in 2019. I chose this hotel for its price point but more so the location to the facility we were playing at and split rooms. Todo el servicoo fue algo terrible, desde el momento del check in, mi avion llego tarde por 3 horas y debido a eso ya ellos cancelaron mi reservacion, a eso habia una persona que en el front desk que no era la encargada de esa parte y nos ayudo en lo que pudo si no, nos tacaba dormir en la calle, no me dieron nunca la clave del internet, la habitacion no le llegaron a limpiar ni una sola vez en toda una semana, las toallas y ropa de cama tenia que estarla pidiendo uno dia con dia y hacerlo uno porque ellos no lo hacian, los ... read more

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED Everything regarding the front desk service was great but i packed up my kids and left 3 hours before it was time to go catch our flught because I saw a roach crawling around the sink. HIGHLY DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED!!!

decevant pas terrible comme endroit , chambre vraiment ordinaire , pour le déjeuner il n’y avait vraiment pas grand chose , il restait un muffin , pas de toast ou de confiture, la personne qui s’occupait du buffet s’occupait en même temps de la réception , beaucoup de monde au déjeuner et pas grand chose à manger , nous sommes allés déjeuner au restaurant. Vraiment décevant comme endroit, nous retourneront pas à cet hotel

Bed bugs, my kids got bit up! The pull out couch dis not have any sheets on it, but thats where they got bit at.
