I found food left in the fridge from people who stayed there before us. Makes me question the whole room.

They staff was really nice but the room wasnt up to par bathtub was cracking and peeling rust in tub the room had an old smell like someone let seafood go bad

handicap access was great. Very Clean. The soap provided was worthless. No suds. They need to choose another soap maker.

The staff was OK but the hotel itself was horrible. It was not well taken care of and the smells were nauseating. It smelled like marijuana and dirty clothes. Nothing was available, gym, breakfast, etc. it felt like they wanted to do nothing except provide a bed for you. I was very disappointed and would highly recommend not staying at this place.

Our room smelled like cigarettes and was disgusting to sleep in. When we wanted to print boarding passes for our flight, we were told we would need to wait until the next morning for a manager to be there at 9 AM. We waited until 10:15 AM that morning with still no manager or anyone that would be able to help us with printing, and kept being told a later time that the manager would be there. The room wasn't very clean, and we were overall very disappointed in the customer service we received.
