I walked into the room and it was disgusting. It had issues on the wall. The bathroom felt like a community room with cracks and dirt everywhere

Terrible Experience - Stay Away! I booked a suite with two double beds and a sofa, but upon arrival, I was told they had overbooked and my room was unavailable. I had to accept a room with just one bed and rollaway beds, which the staff failed to mention at check-in. I checked out at 6 AM and realized I forgot my tennis shoes. I called the front desk, and they assured me they would look for them. When I returned around 5 PM, the assistant manager claimed they hadn’t found anything. The room was big and inexpensive but not worth the bargain. The facility in general is old and run down. There were four live roaches in my room. "Breakfast" was more like a snack. I will not ever go back there.

I understood that this place is not crazy expensive but come on. I was worried about bugs all night. You could change a lot.

Mitt første intrykk av USA. Ved ankomst var det greit. Personalet var stort sett sure. Vi fikk en oversikt over hva vi kunne låne til kjøkkenet. Det eneste vi fikk da var 2 kaffekrus. Frokosten var ikke som forventet, vi spiser jo ikke kaker til frokost. Bassenget var grisete av søppel. Ingen passet på der tror jeg. Det stod store skilt om Røykeforbud . Ingen så ut til å kunne lese disse .
