Showed up to check in and were told there were no available rooms even though we had a confirmed reservation. Staff said they tried to contact us all but we received no calls or messages. We had to scramble to find a place for us and our 3 kids. Avoid this place.
There were hairs in the bathtub ! The room had not been cleaned up other than the bed made
There was no breakfast/rooms were down right filthy appeared to be blood on the carpet/elevator did not work/exercise room closed/major construction at hotel entrance. Only stayed one night and moved to another hotel. Need to be reimbursed for the second night i payed gor.
Not good Elevator did not work. When went in room, tv was on and bed wasn’t really made. Refund was provided as I could not stay there.
The hotel was not what was described here. The elevator wasn’t working, people were getting high outside of the hotel. It smelled and the staff was as bland as they can come.
Needs to be renovated. Rooms are not taken care and outdated.
