We stayed in one of the suites. Roaches in the room, horrible smell in the hallways and smelled weed the whole time we were there. The pool was filthy and the lights in the pool were out. Also one of the tops on the stove was broken. It was very hard to get fresh towels and shampoos because they stayed out of them at the front desk.
When we left everything we owned smelled like cigarettes including my baby girls stuffed animals she sleeps with every night. Will not return.
I book the room and the A/C was not working. The room was so cold because the heater was not working I really did not enjoy myself. It would be nice if you guys could give me a complimentary room for one night.
Run down, damaged conditions.
There were bugs in room and could not accommodate me with alternate room
