Our room wasn't ready at check-in and the room was in need of all cosmetic updates. The continental breakfast was coffee and granola bars. Will not be returning.
No linens. No towels. No additional sheets or blankets for couch. No ice on property. Noisy refrigeration and air conditioning. However, the kid at the counter gave me very good service by providing what he could.
Moldy room that made me cough
This hotel as not terrible but definitely not great. The rooms were dirty, bathrooms had bugs (dead & alive. There were bedbugs on our bed (I got bit several times on my legs and I saw one walking on the white sheets). The hotel is very very run down and I think with pest control and some deep cleaning, it would be better. The hotel staff was friendly but the hotel itself needs to be kept up a lot more.
The room was excessively stinky, smell of marijuana in the halls and when we arrived there is no bathroom in the lobby area, at least that was what the Front Desk employee told us.
The bathroom vent was very dirty. The room smells when we got in.
