my stay at extended stay It was descent the room was ok just was cleaned good

Nice renovations the king-size Suite was very nice. Lot's of space.It appears that the hotel was upgrading everything.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They worked with what they have. That being said. I have booked many hotels in my life and this place by far was the worse one. Sketchy location, roaches everywhere, horrible smell, tv and stove did not work, AC was dirty and blew out a horrible smell. The bathroom door handle did not have a lock. The room was dim and the sheets were dirty. Never again.

Checked in and the clerk told us to be careful with the area. A sex worker yelled at my husband when he was trying to park. Roaches everywhere from the second we walked in our room. The room smelled musty and there were stains on every cloth surface. The drain stoppers were gone or removed. Rusted shower, damages in the bathroom. The shower head pressure was pretty good. The kitchen counter island was loose. I know Extended Stays arent the best but never this awful.

The minute you come inside the hotel, it smelled and it got worse as we went to the room. Just glad it was close to universal studios and we only went for one night to stay over. If not I would have just found another place to check in. Which almost happen but we were all tired. And the pull up couch looked like it was brought from the dumpster.

My overall experience wasn’t good , maybe it was the timing , maybe it was something else but usually i try to work something out with facilities when i had a bad experience but this wasn’t the case. First room i had cigarettes smell greeted me at the door , it was a no no for me since i have 2 minors with me and the kitchen let say wasn’t it. Don't get much for the $$ Our VERY SMALL DOUBLE beds were very uncomfortable..limited hotel staff..we had to go to the front desk for everything! No business center to print boarding passes. We will not stay here again!
