Clean Room and Friendly Staff This is considered a no frills hotel and it is a no frills hotel. It comes with a kitchen minus an oven. It had a dishwasher instead. I would have preferred an oven. And if you plan on using the kitchen and wanting coffee, ask at check in for the dishes, pots & pans, silver ware and coffee pot. And make sure you get coffee because you do not get your room cleaned daily. There was one trash can for the whole room. We had a studio suite. Cleaning lady never came during our three day stay. But besides that, everything else was good for the price.

Awesome staff / but has one major set back If only they took care of the palmetto roaches . Nice staff , good hotel. But if roaches freak you out be warned . On bottom floor I figure it could of slipped in . Switched room to upper slept got up walked toward couch and another one came out from behind . Yikes, how those things startle me.

Hotel com localização excelente! A localização é excelente. Fica bem no meio dos principais pontos turísticos, em 15min da para chegar em qualquer lugar. Atendimento mais ou menos, o quarto estava muito bem cuidado, banheiro bem limpo, cama e espaço do quarto muito confortáveis. 2 das 4 toalhas grandes de banho estavam sujas e no ultimo dia de hospedagem eu vi uma barata pequena no criado mudo e não consegui mata-lá, ela sumiu no carpete. Uma dedetização e maior atenção na limpeza cairia muito bem!

I loved this hotel. My boyfriend and I had a great 3 day weekend to Disney World with this hotel. Although it is about 20 mins away from Disney, I enjoyed the hotel for the reasonable price.

Great Hotel and Management I thought the hotel was great. It had everything I needed, the room was clean, and more importantly...the hotel staff was great. Vanessa, the hotel manager, is a superstar and was fantastic!
