Very welcoming. Great staff. They never refused to hlp or give sdvise . They worked excellence under pressure. The staff is patient cooperative and understanding.
The room was spotless. The front desk courteous Alysha and Sandra did a grat jo. Thry wirked very hard to kee things goin in the absence of a manager. They were super good.

Staff was very nice the hotel was what I would expect for the price however online it does say hair dryers are available and at this location they no longer have any at the front desk also they stated the grab and go breakfast bar would also have oatmeal and grits and every time when I went out in the morning neither of those were available and the muffins where gone almost every time so I wouldn't count on breakfast the room was comfy and clean for the most part the fridge was a little rusty and the door swung the wrong way... read more

The property and room was clean! Great budget hotel and room had a kitchen which was a bonus! It was easy to find and access interstate and it was right next to universal! If you stay here try Junior Columbia burger it’s Amazing, it’s like three min down the road. Lots of dogs at this accommodation as well and I loved to see that!! It made me feel very welcome and it made it feel like home
We did not use the kitchen as we only stayed one night. The room smelled overly like to much smoke and my family had a hard time breathing. I had to wear a mask to sleep so as not to breath the smell in. There was no wash clothes in the bathroom to wsh up with. Just a bar of soap and little bity bottle of shampoo. The condition of the kitchen and tables I would not use as there were in poor condition. I would not recommend this property to families who want a clean environment.
