I love the service, availability and parking options. And the fact we were at the parks in no time flat. Also, we are foodies so all the best places to eat are also not far whatsoever. Just beware of the people hanging around in the back of the building. There is plenty of parking even if no one was really using the back lot because of the amount of homeless people or people living in their cars having a party or hanging by the trash around there.
Not as expected Older property, smells of cigarettes as soon as you walk in, dirty carpets, the kitchen was not functional, only the fridge works. There is NO Breakfast! Beds were good. Very close to universal
Great front desk staff
The staff are really kind and always ready to help. Is not too much clean, but the customer service compensate everything
When first arrived had bugs in bathroom and kitchen faucet leaked when using. Told front desk and they had it taken care of. Was very pleased about that. Breakfast os not much but that is on the description.

The only thing I did not see was the breakfast which is why I picked the hotel. Also it was hair everywhere but overall it was still a great pick and the check in staff was absolutely amazing. I will stay again.

Property was dirty. The room had stained carpets and curtains. Bathroom was clean but needed a lot of maintenance. People sleeping in staircases.
