Property its just another hotel, nothing fancy, but clean and safe!! This type of hotel brings a different kind of clientele, but it's located by universal, it has a mixed crowd!! Some locals, some workers and tourist too!! I would say for tourist families they might not feel as comfortable like any other universal hotel
Had to change rooms after the first night because of pests. the 2nd room was much better.

Elishia and Hector at the Front desk were so nice, kind, patient and very knowledgeable about everything. I will be visiting soon because of them.
