Everything was fine. I was just disappointed in the internet access. After a long day of travel, I just wanted to relax and watch some tv. The tv signal was bad and kept cutting out. The front desk receptionist was nice, but admitted the internet connection was lacking before I even checked in.

One night at Universal Hotel is o.k. room was clean but very old, bathroom smelled like old pasta, room smelled terrible as well. Have a desk with no chair, bed was old and "lumpy" so to speak. You get what you pay for.
