Clean room,excellence appliances. The best I've ever seen and used in 14 years. Good amenities friendly staff. Good front desk manners. Respectfully guests.

I like the amenities. .the friendliness of dtaff.. all appliances worked well lit rooms.
Front area not clean and not friendly.
Property its just another hotel, nothing fancy, but clean and safe!! This type of hotel brings a different kind of clientele, but it's located by universal, it has a mixed crowd!! Some locals, some workers and tourist too!! I would say for tourist families they might not feel as comfortable like any other universal hotel
Had to change rooms after the first night because of pests. the 2nd room was much better.
