hotel was clean, but you can tell it is old and it had a distinct smell when entering the room. It was fine for a single night stay where we weren't in the room other than to sleep.

great location. the staffs are okay not the best, the room was not clean daily,the beds were uncomfortable.

I booked two rooms and my party and I wete split between two different adjacent properties (5610 & 5620 Major Blvd) that are owned and operated by two different personnel and District Masters. The fact that the front desk shuts down at 11 pm and the hotel does not schedule wake up calls leave me to never stay with this brand again.

Not all that Great Floor had an unpleasant smell, as well as the room when we first walked in. A/C wasn't working properly and toilet kept running. I have stayed there before, totally disappointed.

Worst Hotel Experience Chose this hotel due to the proximity to Universal Studios but upon arrival the hotel outside was full of construction workers and inside it smelled of humidity. The hotel staff was very hesitant to assist so the check-in process took forever. Upon walking into the room it smelled uterly disgusting and the bathroom was filthy. I asked for another room but it was in the same condition only the smell wasnt that bad. The promised breakfeast in the morning was stale left over muffins and cheap coffee. This... read more

Very dirty room. Terrible smell and trash was found inside the room

Walked into the room and it had a stingy smell, there were crumbs on the floor. Went to HHN, came back and the bathroom ceiling was leaking water on the floor. Looked like the shower hadn't been cleaned in awhile. I would supervise your maids.

Not worth the money paid. Very, very bad service at front desk. Wouldn't never stay again.
