The Worst Hotel ever The room was basic. The beds were too small plus they were very hard and they do not have roll away beds in that hotel. Also they do allow animals, but if they bark just a little bit they call you to come get your animal so why would they allow animals if they do that to their customers.

1mile (25min walking) away from Universal CityWalk The good thing is it's only 1 mile (25min walking) away from Universal CityWalk, but there's no shuttle, so you have to walk or take the taxi (around $5-10 each trip). It's close to Walgreen, Burger King, Wendy's, and many other restaurants nearby. The wifi is a little bit slow. The room is big, but there's no housekeeping. Not Great The room didn't even have a drinking glass in it. No maid service. Requested a coffee pot but didn't get a cup to drink it out off.

Good service not the greatest smell! Hotel was okay ..... Everyone was very friendly and kind. Only the room had a horrible smell when I walked into the room. When showering the water woundnt go down causing more smell to the room like a mildo smell.

DO NOT STAY HERE When we get there the first thing that hit me was the smell. It smells of garlic and onions. The room was dirty. Towels had people's hair in them. The sample shampoos had been left there from a previous guest. It had been used. You had to pay for the wi-fi. The room did not get clean while we were there for 3 days. Just the basics Bare necessities. Needs a major renovation. Things worn and dated. Nothing that would impress you or want to recommend. Nothing provided for the "kitchen". Staff professional and friendly.

Disappointed Have stayed at this particular hotel several times but this was probably our last stay....it appeared to be in need of a good cleaning (maybe new management?) Was very disappointed in hotel condition this year.

Estuvimos en una habitación en el piso 3, este piso estaba permanentemente pasado a comida Era muy molesto tanto así que sono la alarma de incendio porque estaban cocinando muy tarde en la noche. El desayuno es muy deficiente.
