Not what I expected for the price The room did not feel clean - there was a smell (like a sweaty theme park smell). The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great for access to Universal. I paid more than I should have for the quality of room I received.

Neglected The employees were very nice and friendly. However, the hotel itself I will not stay in again. There was trash piled around a trash can in the stairwell all week and the place was beginning to reek. The large burner on the stove didn't work. We had to try and track down toilet paper only to be told they were out. Our toilet stopped up one day and when I went downstairs to report it, I was handed a plunger. Wouldn't bother We got there after a long flight, the room they booked us in wasn't ready so they put us in another room. The second room was poorly cleaned. Dirty sheets and pillows were left in the room. Finally put us in a third room, that was clean enough, as we were tired and wanted to relax. Had to ask for clean towels. And our room was never cleaned in the 5 days we were staying there.

Good location. That's all. Dirty, no room service - no cleanning and changing towels. Water leaking outside room. Garbage bags outside entrance door.

Close to Universal Orlando and family Rarely anyone at front desk; trash room piled up for over a week; sink in bathroom drains slow; room in need of updating; fridge rubber molding coming off;

location was great but hotel needs to be renovated I have never stayed at this particular franchise and wasn't sure what to expect. The location and the staff are the only good things I can rate high on. The room and the overall hotel was very outdated. Our air conditioner wasn't working and we had to sleep with the windows cracked. The hotel smelled musty, the sheets were stained with who knows what and our toilet backed up which we fixed ourselves with a plunger they gave us. Okay hotel Beds uncomfortable. Drawers in dresser broken. No housekeeping provided for short stay.

Location is the only good thing about this hotel. If you can afford more to stay near Universal, do so. Not clean, staff not polite, no maid service, breakfast is almost non-existant.
