Dingy The room was quite dingy with visible mold in kitchenette and bathroom. The sheets were clean but the blankets were threadbare and someone had written on them with a pen.

Liegt sehr gut für die Universal Studios Sehr gute Lage für essen, Studiobesuch (sind alles gelaufen) Hotel ist aber eher eine Arbeiterabsteige, Zimmer sind ok, aber nix besonderes. Kaffeemaschine etc. bekommt man kostenlos an der reception. Frühstück ist ne Katastrophe! Das extended Stay 2 Hausnummern davor ist um länger besser.

roach jumped across bed - dead roach in elevator - very basic breakfast - butter frozen

Meh... Just OK - nothing to write home about. Great location, minutes from Universal Studios.

No buen hotel Hotel muy viejo y un poco sucio. Desayuno muy regular.

Housekeeping/maintenance Our room smelled really bad so we were moved to a different one. The bathroom was dirty plus the shower tub was clogged and no maintenance showed up after 3 hours we reported the issue.
