average hotel Hotel is located in very good area, but room was not so clean as well as bathroom was stinky. As per the price its not worth it to stat there.

Quick trip to Disney, live in Northern Florida. Staff was awesome and very accommodating. Will definitely stay again on our next visit

The staff, from from desk and managers, to housekeeping and breakfast staff, were all amazing, friendly and incredibly helpful! I do wish the breakfast were a little bit more substantial, but I also understand a lot of guests use their rooms' kitchens.

We arrived around 4PM & we didn’t have any wash clothes in our room. I went down stairs to get some & they didn’t have any clean ones until 530PM.

Yeah.... Checking in was quick and easy, was close to universal and surrounding interest. Laminate Floor was extremely sticky and dirty, bathroom showerhead had water spreading from where it connected to pipe, and toilet was not fully attached and rocked when sat on.
