It was conveniently located close to attractions but not in a congested area. The Asst Manager, Lana, was very thorough and friendly. Check-in process was quick and easy!

For the price, it was clean and staff was nice. The place is old, so floors,walls and ceilings are thin. 6 am I was wakened by a stampede of elephants and didnt stop. Overall, for the price ok, but I won't stay again.

The front desk agents was never at the front desk. Having to wait until 15-20 minutes for them to show back home. This is unexpected if it’s was an emergency

Great value for money. Great location. Couple minutes drive to Universal. Quiet and comfortable. Being a solo traveler, I felt very safe here.
