Room had a strong smell of some type of cleaner to cover for maybe a wet carpet

It’s a bed If you’re looking for a place to lay your head at night and that’s it, this place will work. Our room had a broken shower cuttian rod. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed, kept swinging open. I was going to the front desk to get dishes and pots and pans (they don’t keep them in the room for some reason) and when I went to push the elecvator button a roach fell from the wall (this is the only one I saw and believe me I was looking). It was conveniently located close to attractions but not in a congested area. The Asst Manager, Lana, was very thorough and friendly. Check-in process was quick and easy!

For the price, it was clean and staff was nice. The place is old, so floors,walls and ceilings are thin. 6 am I was wakened by a stampede of elephants and didnt stop. Overall, for the price ok, but I won't stay again.

The front desk agents was never at the front desk. Having to wait until 15-20 minutes for them to show back home. This is unexpected if it’s was an emergency
