The rooms smelled mike mildew. I believe it was limited to the 3rd floor. My daughter had a room on the 2nd floor and it didnt smell anything like ours. The front desk attendant was amazing though. Very helpful and courteous! The front desk area smelled beautiful! I happen to love the smell of clean clothes though.

Das Hotel ist recht „schlicht“, aber stets sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir waren dort schon sehr oft in den vergangenen Jahren und werden es auch immer wieder wählen. Die Universal Studios sind fussläufig zu erreichen und das Parken am Hotel ist kostenlos :-) in der näheren Umgebung sind mehrere Restaurants und auch ein Walgreens.
