No complaints here! We were looking for a hotel last minute and it was HHN at Universal so most everything was booked. When I came across Extended Stay the reviews weren’t great but it was available and close to the park. I don’t know where other people stayed but our room was very clean, large, great a/c, no problems or complaints from us! I would agree that the breakfast is minimal but granola bars and muffins were good for us to grab for a quick bite on the way to the parks. We would definitely stay here again!

Grosszügiges Zimmer mit Küche Wir waren nur für die letzte Nacht unseres Urlaubs im Extended Stay America. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, so auch das Bad, und es hatte eine grosse Küche. Nach Bedarf kann man Küchenutensilien anfordern. Das Bett war gut, das Schlafsofa für die Kinder für eine Nacht ausreichend. Stuff war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dissatisfied w/extremely short stay. Will try agai The place was super clean & very nice. However, when I arrived, the young lady explained to me I had to wait approximately 7 minutes to check-in due to the nightly audit. After about 15 minutes, she then asked for my ID & CC for incidentals & that I had to pay again because I was a no-show. It appeared she was having a difficult time.
