I was expecting everything to be the same as my stays years ago at this hotel. However, the kitchen in the room was rough looking, the phone didn't work, the alarm clock didn't work and the water temp/pressure wasn't very good. Never had those issues before there. Everything was clean and still worth the price.

No complaints here! We were looking for a hotel last minute and it was HHN at Universal so most everything was booked. When I came across Extended Stay the reviews weren’t great but it was available and close to the park. I don’t know where other people stayed but our room was very clean, large, great a/c, no problems or complaints from us! I would agree that the breakfast is minimal but granola bars and muffins were good for us to grab for a quick bite on the way to the parks. We would definitely stay here again!
