Very close to the park we were attending(islands of adventure) for my companies Christmas party. Was greeted by Chris and promptly checked in. He gave us great recommendations for places to eat near by, Then later that night Kayla helped us with needing extra pillows and blankets for my kids. She was very helpful and even offered to bring them up to our room for us. Had a good nights rest and the check out staff the next morning were very nice and and helpful. Property is very nice. The housekeeping staff is rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional and is a problem each time you I’ve stayed here.

I was expecting everything to be the same as my stays years ago at this hotel. However, the kitchen in the room was rough looking, the phone didn't work, the alarm clock didn't work and the water temp/pressure wasn't very good. Never had those issues before there. Everything was clean and still worth the price.
