Complaint poor service It was the worst thing I ever had to say anything about since I been staying in hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to any one due to false advertising and customer service is not good at all that they are very argumentative with the customer about what they do and what they don't do according to the website. They house keeper service is poor but I can say CARLA was the best house keeper I had while I was there. I came in earlier in the day to pay for my room to ensure I would have a room when I finished the parks, only to come back at night with no rooms available. Even the lady in the morning separated a roll away bed for me. Samia was very worried for me, she spoke to her manager and was able to accommodate my family and myself. She rushed and cleaned a room that was made available by an early check out. Great staff, Great stay! We enjoyed our stay so much!! The staff was friendly and accommodating to our family of 5! We forgot a few things at home but they were very helpful at the front desk, even with it being a late hour!
