Good enough to satisfy your needs The hotel is good enough for all of your needs especially when going to Universal Studios. The hotel is affordable,clean and comfortable. But it says free breakfast when they don't really supply much of anything besides small snacks. That's was the only let down. Other then thats is good enough for me and my needs.

Excellent surprise! Just had a quick overnight stay for teenager and I. Have stayed in the very immediate area on multiple previous ocassions, but never at this hotel. This will definitely be our go-to hotel in the future. Room was extremely large and comfortable, and the price was great!

Poor The toilet was not cleaned at all. We went and bought clorox wipes to clean it ourselves because if was disgusting. Bathroom sink was not cleaned either. Wiped out the shave clippings from previous guest. Roach was seen in the kitchen. Stayed at this place last year but wont be going there anymore.

I didn't get the kind of room I had booked. I booked a room with one queen bed but got a room with two fulls and an apartment layout which was fine but just made sleeping cramped as a couple. Really my only issue was the cleanliness. There were obvious stains on the pillow cases and the towels as well as the carpet. The toilet wasn't very clean when we arrived. The front desk service was very kind and helpful. I liked how close it was to the theme parks.

Not so bad, sort of. Lots of disruption from construction going on during the stay. I went through 3 rooms at check in to get the one I reserved. The staff was really great. My room smelled like garlic, like really super pungent garlic. Could be worse. The location was great for a conference at the Double Tree which was 3 times the price. If you don't need a kitchen, not much of a reason to stay here.
