Super nice and beautiful property. Great staff. Only minor complaint is the smell of spicy food in the hallway from some longer term guest but it did not detract from my overall stay. Incredible view of the mountain too.

Clean and comfortable Although our room wasn’t ready for check in, the staff was apologetic and friendly. We suspect that a maid or two either quit or called in sick. But after a 40 minute wait our room was ready- clean and comfortable. Good area and a quality place

Fantastic hotel within walking distance from all the action in Palm Springs. Quiet, clean with plenty of parking. The views are also quite lovely.

I only stayed two nights and both nights there was homeless people hanging outside the property (right by the entry way) and one completely drunken male hanging out on a bench in between the lobby and outside. The first night we went there, the doors were unlocked and we entered the building past midnight, so the doors should have been locked. The second evening I had a guest coming to meet me about 3am, and they were also able to just walk right into the hotel. The security and safety of their paying customers did not seem ... read more
