Senior Account Executive Aaron was a great host, professional and friendly. Room met our basic needs for an overnight stay. It was clean and had everything that we needed.

With kids Was conveniently located but wish it had a jacuzzi. Trying to upgrade the place. Staff was nice.

Hallways smell like tobacco smoke Hallways and elevator reeked of smoke

Not enough parking for all guests. We went out and got in about midnight. Then we had to park in the street behind the hotel.

Expedia mis informed us about parking The manager was very friendly, accommodating. And helpful. Nice to see someone so personable as he was.

The low score was due to the smell of cigarette smoke mix with the smell of a deorderizr, is it still possible to get non smoking room

Palm Springs in December Decent hotel for the price and convenient to downtown.
