It is not closed....really!!! The room was clean and recently renovated, with a nice bed and laminate on the floor. The lobby and exterior are undergoing renovation so when we arrived after dark, we initially thought it was closed due to bad lighting, lack of signage and lots of yellow safety tape all around the front and side doors. The lobby is very shabby , but the room is fine! Left too early to sample the breakfast. The desk attendant was friendly. Good value for the cost.

I won't stay here again The cover for the toilet tank was apparently broken by a previous guest and the only solutuion the hotel was to lay a towel over it. The common areas of teh hotel were filthy.

For the money, there is value This is a "Value" property so one has to adjust expectations compared to a Marriott Residence Inn or similar property. Once that is done, it's good and a decent value for the money. The staff try very hard to provide an enjoyable stay and meet the requests of the guests. The rooms are clear and serviceable, and the cleaning/maintenance staff do an excellent job of maintaining the property. Location is outstanding-close to downtown, the convention center and the airport.

Disappointed :( Arrived to a room that was not clean and bed had been used prior to me arriving with obvious dirty pillows, remote control on the bed, covers disheveled. Front desk clerk was very nice and apologetic, was able to give me another room to accommodate but it too wasn't very clean. Beds were made, but remote control to tv was sticky and crusty, so was bedside table and inside the drawer. Dust ruffles on beds both had unknown stains / substances and were dirty. Nice place for the price! It was comfortable and very roomy. Great for the price and area. Little freaked out by seeing a couple little cockroaches. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to everything I needed though. If you don't mind a couple little protein nuggets crawling around, this place is a heck of a good deal.

Meh. Though the receptionist was friendly, he was working with a stalled computer and a manager who had apparently changed the computer's password and forgot to share it with the workers. Therefore, it was an hour before I could get to my room and there were others waiting, while the receptionists attempted to reboot the system with little help from his manager (who was not on the premises).
