Liked that it had a nice pool side to relax by and was in walking distance of shops and night life.

Ok, but not great Staff was wonderful, room was quiet and clean, breakfast was underwhelming. It consisted of coffee, tea, nutragrain bars and pre packaged small muffins. Only toiletries in the room was a small bar of soap.

Average It was okay. The hotel had some weird smells. I wasn’t in the room all day since it was a business trip. He breakfast wasn’t breakfast, it was a muffin or nutrigrain bar and coffee. The staff was very friendly and polite.

The location was great, a 20 min walk to downtown Palm springs. Lots of restaurants near by to choose from. There is a casino with a few blocks and the Thursday night market is always great to visit. The hotel itself was good, the staff were very friendly. The room was a great size and the kitchenette was great to have. You need to request the items for the kitchen from the front desk. They only clean one every 2 weeks, so I bought wipes and wiped everything down (too be fair I do this with all hotel rooms, to avoid getting ... read more

Overall, very nice Smells in the hallway were pretty grim, including cigarette smoke on non smoking floor. Noise from other rooms was incredibly loud in hallways and in bed, even past midnight on a Thursday! Maybe that’s normal in Extended Stay? It seemed odd and disrespectful to me. Good thing I had earplugs! Other than that, the room itself was clean and very nice, very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful! I enjoyed my stay.
