unprofessional Will never recommend this hotel. Front desk was always under-staffed. Spent two days without internet, and came back from the beach one afternoon to a notice on the front desk that the hotel water was completely shut off (unknown at the time, this was a 6 hour event that had been scheduled by the hotel). I spent 4 night at this hotel, and at check-out the staff was unwilling to make any monetary compensation for these issues.
Don't Stay Here First they gave me a room that was already occupied. No wifi available and no expected restoration; no ice machines; room smelled like smoke; staff along with residents stood outside entrance to smoke. You had to walk through the smoke to get to the room. Left after 1 night.
Loud Noise Alarm bell going on at night. Overcrowded elevators.
Horrible Pensacola Hotel I reserved a non-smoking room. I got a smoking room. Lots of hair in the tub. Tub wouldn't drain. Half eaten bag of fun ions in the cupboard. Remote didn't work. Picture on the wall over the bed fell off and almost hit my son. Stinky hallway.

We are 2 older white women traveling with a dog across the country. Checked in, all was okay. About 9 pm a knock on the door and a pass key started to go in. We asked who was it as we walked to the door, the door opened a bit we had the deadbolt on. A white man with no id , no uniform, tried to enter our room. Saying he was from housekeeping. Looks skeezy and is overpriced Horrible and dark. Wouldn't walk barefoot on the floor. Other guests were sleezy and strange. Saving grace was reliable internet good enough for netflix, but do yourself a favor and stay at a better quality hotel unless you love to go ghetto.

Very unclean It was a very nasty hotel. The bed only had a sheet on it with one pillow, there was hair in the sink and tub. The microwave was missing. The counters and fridge was very nasty. It smelled really bad! We had to get a refund and go to another hotel.

this place is gross!!!!!! my room smelled like cigarettes, burn marks in the sink, and rednecks drinking beer in the lobby.
