Hallways were dirty and smelt like smoke no pots and pans toilet stopped up

I booked this hotel using my cell. It says free shuttle from airport. After I booked, it says shuttle service from 5am. We arrived at midnight so had to take a taxi. When we leave at 5am, the front desk person tried three time to contact the driver, still no show. We then had to take a Lyft.

Every time I walked into the hotel lobby it smelled like marijuana. It was quite uncomfortable to be greeted with this when I entered the hotel.
